Not to be mean or rude or anything, but the example picture looks just silly
Making the WHOLE face show on userbars just does not make it look any good at all =/

If you look at these samples:

Now take good a look at the Prison Break userbar. You'll have MUCH better effect if you cut out the forehead, nose and mouth, and just leave the eyes. The way you maked the userbar is good, but you could have maked it even better! ^^

But exelent tutorial though!
